Project Details

TWS Engineered both phases of the residential towers as well as several commercial tenant spaces located in the Towers’ podium. The design included electrical distribution, coordination of servicing requirements, as well as specialty lighting, state of the art communications and fire alarm systems.

With the building encompassing the entire site, from property line to property line, special consideration was given to the utilities servicing the towers including power, telephone and networking.
