Larry has over 30 years experience in consulting. He has been the lead Mechanical engineer on hundreds of diverse projects. In addition to managing his own projects, Larry is responsible for overseeing the Mechanical department and ensuring timely service and quality design on each and every project.

Paul has extensive managerial experience, both within consulting and outside of the industry. Prior to joining TWS, Paul headed the Electrical design team of a Kelowna engineering firm on a variety of projects. In addition to managing his own projects, Paul is responsible for overseeing the Electrical department and ensuring timely service and quality design on each and every project.
